I find myself constantly surprised when I experience great customer service (it shouldn’t be that rare) …. And also just as surprised that more business don’t place a higher value on satisfying their customers through exceptional service.
By documenting my experiences and thoughts, and getting input from the Customer Service community, I hope to get a better feel for the direction of customer service in practice.
I’ll be blogging about Customer Service (among other things) to share my experiences, observations, thoughts and pass on information regarding customer service in the hopes that it helps some business realize they can truly differentiate themselves from their competitors by providing service that breeds not only customer loyalty but customer evangelists.
